We conduct factory analysis and fact finding report to ensure the following:
  1. The factory does NOT employ any child labour, forced labour or bonded labour.
  2. The Management is an equal opportunity employer and there is no discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, creed or sex.
  3. Compensation to the labour is as per the law of land, salary is paid on time, workers are paid the minimum wage, proper working hours and safety conditions are in place and the workers are given a congenial work environment.
We can also arrange to conduct audits through globally reputed certification agencies on request from our customers at a concessional price.
